Our story
I left the corporate grind to work with people who build things
I spent fifteen years in software. I was good at it. I built systems, led projects, sat in the meetings. And somewhere along the way I realized I was pouring my best hours into things that never touched a real person's livelihood.
I got tired of the corporate grind. Not the work — the grind. The politics, the layers, the sense that nothing I shipped mattered to anyone I could shake hands with. So I left and started Bald Eagle Growth, with one idea: take the automation I'd been building for big companies and hand it to the people who deserve it most — hardworking small business owners.
I want to be straight with you about who we are. We're a small business too. We chase invoices, we answer our own phone, we feel it when a month starts slow. When I say I know what a missed call costs, it's not a statistic I read.
Here's what I see over and over: you are a master of your craft. You can diagnose a leak by sound, spot a bad roof from the street, quote a remodel and be right. And yet you spend your day chained to a phone, answering the same three questions, chasing reviews, forgetting to follow up on a quote from Tuesday.
That's backwards. Your talent should be pointed at the work, not the admin. Our whole job is to give you systems that handle the repetitive stuff so you can work on your business instead of only in it — take a real day off, hire the next guy, raise your prices because your reviews back you up.
No jargon, no long contracts, no dashboards you'll never open. Just a few systems that run quietly in the background and a person who picks up when you call.
“You should be running your business. Not answering it.”
