Agreement

By using this website or hiring Bald Eagle Growth, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Our services

We set up and manage marketing and communication automation, including missed-call text-back, review generation and response, Google Business Profile posting, and remarketing campaigns. The specific scope, price and term for your business is set out in the written proposal or service agreement we send you, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information and the access we need, such as your phone system and Google Business Profile.
• Only add contacts to messaging campaigns where you have the right to contact them, and honor opt-out requests.
• Follow applicable laws and platform rules, including telephone consumer protection and anti-spam rules, and Google's review policies. We will not incentivize, filter out or fake reviews.
• Review and approve message templates and offers before they go live.

Messaging consent

If you provide your phone number through our website chat widget and affirmatively opt in to text messaging, you consent to receive automated text messages from us, including marketing and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Fees and billing

Service fees, including any setup fees and recurring monthly fees, are billed as described in the written proposal or service agreement provided to the client. Recurring service fees are billed in advance for each service period. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, third-party costs and usage charges—such as domain registration, phone numbers, messaging and email usage, advertising spend, and other platform or service fees—are the client's responsibility and may be billed directly by the third-party provider or separately by us, as disclosed to the client. Fees already paid for a service period that has begun are non-refundable.

Cancellation

Our monthly services do not require a long-term contract. Clients may cancel at any time before their next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid service period, and the client will not be charged for the next service period. Fees already paid for the current service period are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, we will stop providing the applicable services at the end of the paid service period and, upon request, reasonably assist with the handover of applicable client-owned account assets.

Results

We work hard for our clients, but we can't guarantee specific numbers of leads, reviews, rankings or revenue. Results depend on your market, pricing, capacity and how quickly you respond to leads.

Third-party platforms

Our services rely on third-party tools and platforms. We aren't responsible for their outages, policy changes, price changes or account actions taken by them.

Intellectual property

Site content is owned by Bald Eagle Growth. You keep ownership of your brand, content and customer data. Workflows, templates and configurations we develop remain ours, and you get a license to use them for your business while your service is active.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.
