Our commitment on your data and SMS opt-in
Your information and your mobile phone number, including all mobile phone and SMS opt-in information and consent, will never be shared, rented, or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is never shared with any third party, and no mobile information is sold to anyone for any reason.

Bald Eagle Growth provides marketing and communication automation services to local service businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us in a form or on a call: name, business name, email address, phone number and a description of your business.
- Basic website usage information such as pages viewed and the source of your visit, collected through standard analytics and advertising tools.
- Service information needed to run your systems, such as your business phone number and Google Business Profile access you choose to grant.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and schedule conversations you requested.
- To set up, operate and support the automation systems you hire us for.
- To send you service updates and, if you opted in, occasional marketing messages.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
Text messages and consent
When you provide your phone number through our website chat widget and affirmatively opt in to text messaging, you may consent to receive automated text messages from us, including marketing and promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to work with us by phone or email.
We use service providers, such as our communications platform and messaging carriers, strictly to deliver those messages on our behalf. They may only process your information to provide that service to us and may not use it for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
